with smoke on the water in my head
 Haven't bothered to draw anything decent for a while, and I had this need to get this idea out. To get a better look at it I recommend clicking on it to enlarge the pic! Featuring a little guest appearance by my little dog Cobie. If you can't tell he's on the phone(: And FYI, that is by far my favourite drawing of myself, even if my hands do look like socks. Ikea dinner tonight with my sister, as well as SMU open house, where I couldn't get to the talks in the function rooms because the lifts were always so bloody full, and one of the guides sent us up a staircase in which all the doors were locked (in that case why make us climb stairs?!?!) and spence and I were so fed up we gave up on the talks and left. So much for a first good impression, but eh open houses are never fun to me anyway. Yesterday after an almost sleepless night with ma girls, and a morning 3D Alice in Wonderland (which was fun!), went to school a bag of nerves and... well you know what happened next. I don't really know how to describe it, but ehh it was a loooong day. I'm just happy I didn't let my dad down. And I think I should say that I am really grateful for spence. In a way he really is my closest friend, he's always been there for me when I needed someone, or just needed a pick-me-up. Like today, we went "My Sassy Girl" and watched people walk past while slurping Big Gulp, sang songs in public even when people stared, and played ridiculous games that made our sides split (which I am too tired to elaborate on, but I'll probably tell you guys the little anecdote tomorrow(: ) Sometimes I do get a little shy that we're more public than what I'm used to, esp when he tells people about us. But I guess I shouldn't be because I'm proud that I have someone to stick around for me who is as great a guy as spence, and he deserves more recognition because I don't think he gets enough really(: especially from me. Anyway tomorrow's Nita's Birthday Party (she turned one yesterday!) and I'm gonna be busybusybusy(: So wish me luck dears(: |
