So Apropos
Saw death on a sunny snowFor every life, forego the parable. Seek the light, my knees are cold. (Running home, running home) Go find another lover; To bring and- to string along. With all your lies, you're still very lovable. I toured the light, so many foreign roads For Emma, forever ago. |

blessed.
We are so pointless sometimes. Like an actor's fury, a mime with no words. Its frustrating how meaningless we are, that things happen to us and we think its a big deal. People don't value epiphanies or revolutionary changes as much as they used to. Or, they never did and I just assumed they did. Because a revolution, it calls for a certain magnitude, doesn't it? My greatest epiphany, which became my greatest goal, is to live life. To learn to love, to do things with a purpose. To find beauty in simplicity, to collect moments you have with yourself that mean nothing at all to the rest of the world, and make it momentous to you. To lean back and watch the cycle move and say "Wow. This is life." This is my call to you today. Appreciate your mothers. Mothers are wonderful creatures, loving and complex, like yourself. But the difference is that they look at you differently than the rest of the world do, and honest to God, no one can love you like your mothers do. I hope you understand where I'm coming from. So, just look a little harder today. |
